Shipping policy

Little Tribe Designs offer Australia-wide shipping on all orders.  All items are lovingly and securely wrapped and sent via Australia Post standard shipping unless express shipping has been selected. Shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia so please allow for 7-10 days for standard shipping once dispatched from our warehouse.  For larger items over 20kg, we will either dispatch it in multiple parcels or as a single parcel via TNT express road delivery, depending on the final sizing of the order.  

For international shipping please allow a minimum of 21 days from date of dispatch from our warehouse to receive your order. Customs clearance could impact on timeframes so please bear this in mind when placing your order. 

Please note, that once your order leaves us, we cannot be responsible for any delays with the courier network. If there are any delays, or your parcel is deemed lost or damaged, we will however work with you to reach out to the shipping provider to ensure there is a resolution and you receive your items.
