WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

When purchasing goods for resale from Little Tribe Designs (LTD), there are a few important things to note:

1. Minimum wholesale is as specified on our website.

2. All items on this website are subject to GST. All prices shown in wholesale price lists are shown GST INCLUSIVE.

3. Goods remain the legal property of Little Tribe Designs until paid in full.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. The sale of goods is subject to our standard Wholesale Terms of Trade as detailed below.

You accept these Terms & Conditions when:

a. You submit an order.

b. You accept delivery of, or any part of, the Goods pursuant to an order; or

c. You make payment, or partial payment, for any good supplied by Little Tribe Designs.

1. CANCELLATIONS

Little Tribe Designs’ products are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the product description that it is a PRE ORDER item. Pre order items require a timeframe of 8-10 weeks for the products to arrive, whereafter they will be packaged up and sent to you using the outlined shipping method.

2. CARE LABELS & SAFETY TAGS

Original labels and care tags MUST remain attached and issued to the end consumer as required by Little Tribe Designs and the ACCC.

3. ORDER MINIMUMS

Little Tribe Designs have a $200 minimum order value across the entire range.

4. RETURNS

Return requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. This must include the invoice/order number and a reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Little Tribe Designs outlining confirmation and return delivery instructions. Orders will not be refunded until all items have arrived at the warehouse and have been cleared for restock. No items will be accepted unless they are in original packaging with Little Tribe Designs tags and labels still attached.

5. CLAIMS

In the case of faulty merchandise, please request a claim form via email. These must be filled out in full, including pictures of the fault. Forms must be requested within 7 days and submitted within 21 days of the delivery date.

We will supply a replacement product or a refund. This decision will be made at our sole discretion. In some cases, we may require the faulty product to be returned and will send a return pre-paid postage satchel.

6. PAYMENTS

All Wholesale orders are processed through the website. Payment options are available at checkout, including PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa/Mastercard payments.

7. SHIPPING

Freight is not included in the cost of the goods and is auto calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We will, at our discretion, use any registered freight provider to dispatch your orders.

8. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All standards orders will be dispatched from our Queensland office within 7 business days of your order payment being cleared. Express orders will be dispatched from our office within 3 business days. Applicable shipping times are in addition to order processing times and will vary depending on destination location.

No orders will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

9. PRICING & GST

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your invoice or the website for current pricing. Prices are quoted excluding freight charges but are inclusive of GST.

10. LABEL EXCLUSIVITY

We offer postcode exclusivity for all bricks + mortar stores/stockists from the time that your first order is placed. In order to maintain exclusivity, we require regularity of orders to be placed a minimum of every 3 months. If a time of more than 3 months lapses, then exclusivity will no longer be guaranteed.

11. CEASE of TRADE

Little Tribe Designs reserve the right to cease trade without notice. Some reasons include, but not limited to;

Improper trading practices that may cause damage to the Little Tribe Designs reputation.

Account inactivity.

Providing to us false or misleading information during the account application process.

If the business ownership changes.

12. RIGHT TO VARY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Little Tribe Designs reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
